Dicey rice

Arborio rice is often subject to contamination; one recent supply contained bits of glass, leading to 149,000 units recalled. 

In July 2022, Factor, a meal kit delivery service, issued a voluntary recall of some of their meals containing arborio rice due to the potential presence of glass fragments. 

This recall was initiated by the supplier of the rice who found glass fragments in the arborio rice ingredients.
